A plant-based diet supports our microbiome, prevents multiple chronic diseases and also is highly favourable for a livable future on our beautiful planet.
We eat mostly vegetables, legumes, grains, fruit and nuts and seeds and herbs. All our common meals are vegan. Animals and their products shouldn’t be an industry, like no life should be an industry. While by far most our food is plants, we also sometimes eat eggs from our chickens or you can find organic goat joghurt in our fridge. And very, very rarely some of us eat ethically sourced meat together. We do not consider ourselves a vegan community, yet you will find that mostly all people here eat mostly plants.
